1. Our Zero-Knowledge Client-Side Architecture

At VeloBranding (velobranding.com), we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Unlike traditional online tool websites that upload your files to remote servers, VeloBranding is built on a 100% client-side computing engine. When you edit photos, compress PDFs, generate barcodes, or create invoices, all computation occurs entirely inside your device's local web browser memory (RAM).

Your files are never transmitted, stored, or viewed by our servers or any third parties — with one clearly marked exception: the optional ✨ AI tools for Pro users (see section 3).

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

  • Guest Users: No personal information is requested or collected. We store an anonymous numeric counter in your browser's local storage solely to enforce the 5 free guest uses limit.
  • Gmail Sign-In: If you choose to unlock 10 daily free tool uses, you provide your name and Gmail address. This information is used strictly to authenticate your daily usage and send service notifications.
  • Paid Pro Subscribers: If you upgrade to Unlimited Pro ($5.00/month), you pay by EasyPaisa or Payoneer transfer. We only store your name, email, the account you paid from and the transaction ID so we can confirm the payment. We never ask for or store card details.

3. AI Tools (Pro only)

When a Pro user clicks an ✨ AI button, only the data needed for that task is sent through our server to OpenAI: the product details you typed (Listing Generator), the scene description (AI Scenes — your product photo stays on your device), or the audio track of your file (Subtitles — the video itself stays on your device). OpenAI processes it to return the result; we do not keep the content. We only keep a count of how many AI requests each Pro account used, to apply the monthly limits.

4. Analytics & Feedback

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools are popular. It uses cookies and does not receive your files or anything you type into a tool. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are measured without analytics cookies. Messages you send through the feedback box are stored so we can improve the tools.

5. Local Browser Storage Usage

VeloBranding utilizes HTML5 LocalStorage on your device to remember user preferences, save in-progress invoice or document drafts, and maintain your daily tool limit counters. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.
