Design and print business cards for free
This business card maker creates professional cards that are ready for a print shop or your home printer. Choose one of eight designs for the front and back, add your logo and details, and download a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks — exactly what printers ask for. No watermark and no sign-up.
How to make your business card
- Pick a design and your brand colours.
- Add your name, title, company, phone, email, website and address.
- Upload your logo; a vCard QR code is added so people can save your contact.
- Choose the size and download the print PDF, PNG or a 10-per-page sheet.
Business card sizes
| Region | Size |
|---|---|
| USA & Canada | 3.5 × 2 in (88.9 × 50.8 mm) |
| Europe, UK, Pakistan, India | 85 × 55 mm |
| Japan | 91 × 55 mm |
Printers add 3 mm (1/8 in) of bleed on each side and cut along the crop marks. Keep text at least 3–4 mm inside the edge.
Printing tips
- Print shops: send the PDF and ask for 300–350 gsm card, matte or gloss.
- At home: print the 10-per-page sheet on heavy card stock at 100% scale (no “fit to page”), then cut along the marks.
- Check phone numbers and email twice before printing hundreds.
Team cards
Enter several people and download one PDF with a card for each team member in the same design. Use the same look in your email signature generator and letterhead generator.
Design front and back
Choose a front design — Modern panel, Minimal, Bold dark, Diagonal, Corner, Classic, Wave or Top band — and a back: logo + QR, QR contact, logo only, or no back. The QR code saves your contact to the phone in one scan.
Three ways to print
- Print-ready PDF: for a print shop — front and back as separate pages, ready to hand over.
- Print at home: 10 cards per A4 or Letter page with cutting guides.
- PNG images: front and back for WhatsApp, LinkedIn or online printers that ask for images.
The contact file (.vcf) lets people save your details straight into their phone — send it on WhatsApp after meeting someone.
What to put on the card
- Name and title, company and logo.
- One or two phone numbers, email and website.
- Address only if customers visit you.
- A short tagline if it helps people remember what you do.
Print tips
- Keep text away from the edges — cutting is never perfect.
- Use at least 7–8 pt text so it is readable.
- Print one test sheet at home before ordering hundreds.
