Make a professional invoice in minutes
This free invoice generator creates clean, professional invoices for freelancers, shops and small businesses — no account needed and no watermark. Add your logo and details once and they are saved for next time, together with your clients and invoice history. The live A4 preview shows exactly what your client will receive.
How to create an invoice
- Choose the document: invoice, tax invoice, sales tax invoice or proforma.
- Add your business details, logo and the client (or pick a saved client).
- Add line items with quantity, rate, discount and tax.
- Set payment terms — the due date is calculated — and add bank details or a payment QR code.
- Download the PDF, print it, or send it on WhatsApp or email.
What should an invoice include?
- The word “Invoice” (or “Tax invoice”) and a unique invoice number
- Invoice date and due date
- Your business name, address and tax number (NTN/STRN, VAT or GST if registered)
- The client’s name and address
- A clear description of each product or service, quantity, price and tax
- Total amount, amount paid and balance due
- How to pay — bank account, IBAN, payment link or QR
Partial payments and stamps
Record advances and part payments and the invoice shows the balance due. A PAID, PARTIAL or OVERDUE stamp is added automatically from the payment status and due date, and you can send a polite WhatsApp payment reminder with one click.
Quote → invoice → receipt
Start with a quote in our quotation generator, turn it into an invoice when the client accepts, and issue a receipt from the receipt generator when you are paid — all with the same details. Freelancers can work out what to charge with the freelance rate calculator and charge interest on overdue invoices with the late payment calculator.
What a complete invoice includes
- Your business name, address, phone and tax number (such as NTN or STRN) and the client’s details.
- A unique invoice number (INV-2026-001, INV-2026-002…) and the invoice and due dates.
- Items with quantity, unit price, discount and tax.
- Payment terms, bank details or a payment link — add a QR code so clients can pay by scanning.
- A signature or stamp, and notes such as “Thank you for your business”.
Example
Two items at Rs 1,500 make a subtotal of Rs 3,000. The invoice shows “Rupees Three Thousand Only” in words and a due date 15 days after the invoice date for “Net 15” terms.

Before you download
The grey text in the boxes is only an example. You need at least your company name, the client’s name and one item — the tool points to whatever is missing. Invoices are saved in this browser so you can come back to them.
